My teaching style is simultaneously calming and fluid, challenging and grounding. I believe in creating an inviting space for all.
Through balance and awareness, yoga guides me towards a life of joy and love. I began practicing yoga in 2009 and instantly connected with both the mental and physical challenge. I wanted to deepen my practice and completed teacher training with YogaWorks in 2014. Since 2015, teaching has provided me growth, inspiration, connection to community, and a deeply rewarding avenue of aligning with something greater than myself. Yoga allows me to tune into the present moment and find an awakening within. I hope to share the joy and benefits that yoga has brought to me through classes that empower students with mindful movement. I aim to teach a nourishing practice that makes each student feel alive and present by cultivating conscious breathing, engaged alignment, and a sense of discovery on the mat. By nurturing positive relationships with ourselves on the mat, we can bring compassion and radiance into our everyday lives.
