    Catherine Lucky is one of the best yoga teachers I have had. Her classes cover a lot of ground, and she always offers modifications to those who need them. Each class can be adapted for beginning, intermediate, or advanced yogis. She clearly talks you through the entire practice, so you do not need to constantly refer to the video.
