Join me for a 90 minute special offering and this month's refresh retreat: Summer Season Workshop: Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Journaling. We will align our hearts with the season of summer with joyful movements for freedom, a revitalizing Yoga Nidra meditation practice, and journaling to close our experience. Yoga Nidra, known as psychic sleep, is a powerful practice done lying down in a completely relaxed position. Treat yourself to a calming, potent guided practice in community.
Full Moon Yoga Nidra — TBA
Lie down for deep rest in this Yoga Nidra practice designed to honor the full moon. We will spend a few minutes reflecting and journaling at the end of the session. Rest, restore, and reflect this weekend.
Refresh Retreat: Enlivened Barre & Balanced Yoga [TBA]
Awaken, inspire, enliven your whole being through a full body barre and yoga 90-minute movement practice. Together we will move to the beat of the music in the first half of the class in a heart-pumping, strength-building, core-infused workout. Targeted muscle work, dynamic, powerful movements, and breath awareness will bring you deeply into the present moment. We will balance the active, energetic workout with a yoga flow that incorporates mobility, balance, and flexibility in a mindful, alignment-based flow. Luxurious, slow stretching will lead us into a long, restful savasana.

We will celebrate and welcome the new season of summer with gentle, blissful movements, a Yoga Nidra meditation practice, and journaling to close our experience.
